April 28, 2012: Chester Park Mini Master Plan
Duluth Parks and Recreation will be hosting a Chester Park meeting on May 2nd. The goal of the meeting is to hear from the community how the park could be improved. Users' input will be used to create a master plan for how Chester Park will be managed in the future. If you use the park for running or other purposes and would like to have a voice in future changes and decisions, this meeting is for you.
